This work displays significant improvement in writing, with certain scenes exhibiting exceptional descriptive prowess that engenders a cinematic experience. The characters are further developed, and the fictional world they inhabit is more intricately and comprehensively fleshed out. All told, this sophomore effort is an exemplary addition to the literary oeuvre in question.

This story really makes you think what we could and should. Although it implies that we should fight aging, i think it is also valid on many other circumstances, where we convince ourselves that the bad things happening are not actually bad and can never be stopped. It is similar to how many of the colonies felt and how their freedom fighter despite never seeing a clear answer tried fighting for freedom. This is just one example but i am sure there are plenty more. It is short read and I see no reason for it to not be read.

I might have not appreciated this much as i was already familiar with the concept thanks to parahuman. Still it is a good short story.

Upon finishing this book, I must express my belief that it would have benefitted from being several hundred pages shorter. My primary issue with the book is its reliance on the tired trope of romantic misunderstandings, which unfortunately only serve to prolong the protagonist's eventual union with their intended partner. Additionally, the book suffers from an excess of superfluous scenes that impede the narrative's momentum, causing the reader to lose interest.

As a reader, I found myself frustrated by the author's tendency to devote multiple chapters to scenes that did little to advance the plot. For example, when the protagonist is kidnapped, we are forced to endure several subsequent chapters of peripheral characters engaging in activities that do little to further the story. In such instances, I found myself compelled to skip ahead in order to get to the heart of the matter.

The romantic aspects of the book, unfortunately, left much to be desired. The characters' affections for one another felt tepid, and it was difficult to become emotionally invested in their relationship. This was only compounded by the fact that the characters harbored feelings for other individuals throughout the book.

Overall, while this book may be a satisfying read for some, I found it to be merely average. If you are not deterred by the book's aforementioned issues, it may be worth your time. However, readers looking for a more tightly-plotted and emotionally resonant work may wish to look elsewhere.

I must admit, I am torn. While there are aspects I find enjoyable, the plot's pace leaves something to be desired. When significant events occur, the narrative diverts to trivial matters. It frustrates me when, during the climax, we're shown peaceful scenes where the characters are blissfully unaware of the looming danger, despite the urgency of the situation. These extended sequences only serve to exacerbate our anxiety.

Nonetheless, I believe there is still merit in this book. With a few tweaks to the pacing, it could be an exceptional read.

This book was like a little break. It gave us a fresh look at the series. With the protagonist back in his original world, we see more of his family. I have to say it, his sister and his niece are one of my favorite characters in this series. The way the book dealt with the protagonist's family issue was also better than I expected. Overall, it was a good book. I will continue reading this series to the fullest.

It was the best book out of the first 3. There were some pretty cool and mesmerizing moments. Overall it did almost nothing wrong. Although a sense of dread or intensity is missing from this series, but it makes it more fun. Light-hearted LitRPG with a world that might seem grim, but the tone of the story is never that. I binged read this one.
