The characters are so cuuute! The book was super funny, got caught laughing out loud a couple of times haha. Seriously recommend!

I'm just gonna use this to review the entire series: I absolutely loved Fence! Characters are so fun and engaging, they are what makes this series worth reading. Def give it a try!!

Only taking .5 off because it was a bit of a slow start, once things get going it's really interesting. Def a worthwhile read, enjoyed the characters and things they went through.

This was so painful to read but also very heartwarming. There were moments that made me feel sick and moments that made me feel like crying. The fact that so many people are in Jonah's situation right now is just horrifying. I'm glad things were going their way in the end, Jonah and Liam are so were so cute

Kinda drags on... like the entire book was witness statements. I didn't get too bored though

honestly kosara pissed me off so much. She was so hypocritical, calling people out for lying and hiding things while doing so herself. She made a lukewarm apology nearer to the end of the novel which is something I guess. Overall I was mildly interested in the settings and plot. 3 stars !

I liked the first book because of the characters. I do nit like the characters any more. I actually preferred Kasta as a love intrest over Jet, but Zharu just pisses me off. I dont mind a corruption arc but she was so unnecessarily petty and I felt like she overacted at the smallest things. Also didnt love how she basically learned nothing from book 2. She dosent stop hiding really important secrets and acting surprised when that blows up in her face. She dosent stop the flip flopping between love intrests and the denial and poor decision making. She dosent even get marginally better at these things- in fact, it feels like shes just getting worse!

There were some moments that made me happy, but otherwise this entire experience has been one of tremendous exasperation. I cant deal with this anymore, so I quit.

Honestly I dont have strong feelings about this one. The ending was a little too "happy ever after" for my tastes, and I struggled to connect to any of the characters because povs switched so much. It was nice, I guess, but by the end I was glad it was over.
