3.5. I love Jack and her personal relationships. I even love her interactions at work. The villain this time was a little formulaic. But the fact he has so much going right and they still make me giggle in public is impressive. On to the next!

3.5 Love the world and the main characters they are setting up. I like that she's not afraid to let us get attached to people then kill them off though. The stand with magic. I'de agree with that. On to the second one!

Very cute and had a lot things I relate to as a wife. They were both so adorkable. Loved it.

Where to start? And where has this been? It took me by surprise from the start. Great character growth and a sense of tension that ran start to finish. The only thing that kept it from being five stars was occasionally things got so complicated since we are dealing with time travel and potential paradoxs.

Still loving the series but the love triangle is getting on my nerves. Perhaps it is part of the YA genre but just once it would be nice for a teen to discover and understand that some times Love isn't enough to make a relationship work. (Maybe I'm just getting old and cynical)

It was good. A little cookie cutter when it came to the villian but he was one sick puppy. Jack and her partner were done very well. I liked how flawed they both were but how supportive of each other they were. Friends and allies. I liked the angle of having Jacks mother having been a cop who worked her way up the ladder in a male job as well. It's a series that took me a little by surprise and one I am looking forward to fallowing.

It's about time the inspector solved his own dang cases. Well done!

It was rocky thru most of the book. Again I felt like it suffered from dropping someone into the middle of something with no set up so you were confused and baffled rather then nervous and creeped out. But it finally came together in the end.

An adorable romance with great representation and fantsey elements. The art work was well done too. I loved the designs for the various forest spirits

I've never looked at 95% of the book and so completely idenfied with it in my life. It's brilliant and perfect!
