Who Would Like This Book:

If you thrive on shock value, taboo themes, and an emotional rollercoaster, Credence delivers in spades. It's set against a vividly described, remote Colorado backdrop that oozes atmosphere - snowed-in cabin, wild nature, and small-town isolation. The book is unapologetically steamy, intense, and endlessly provocative, perfect for readers drawn to darker, forbidden romance and those open to pushing boundaries. If you enjoy complicated, messy relationships and books you can’t stop thinking about (even if you kind of want to!), this one’s for you.

Who May Not Like This Book:

This book is NOT for everyone. Those uncomfortable with taboo or morally gray relationship dynamics, significant age gaps, light BDSM, or multiple partners may find it too much. Some readers found the premise far-fetched, the characters unsympathetic, or the darkness and dubious consent aspects deeply problematic. If you want tidy resolutions or healthy romances, or get squicked easily, you might want to skip this one.

A wild, boundary-pushing ride: hot, messy, and unforgettable for some - deeply off-putting for others. Check the trigger warnings; if you're curious, buckle up!

Was a little difficult to finish because of the step-uncle & brother trope and the odd feeling that she was being groomed. Also the silent brother who didn’t need to be silent? Weird.

It was definitely an experience to read it and addicting but I can't really say that I liked it a lot or hated it. It definitely had its issues, and I just didn't like Kaleb or saw anything between them and the story line was definitely.. weird. It's not family by blood luckily but still had some serious issues. But can't deny I wasn't curious to see what was going to happen in the end. No stars on it. Maybe later but I just don't know what to rate it.
