This book is a gamechanger. If you find yourself overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out, or have the awareness that all these things tie in to boundaries but aren't sure how to set them -- check this one out!

Struggling with boundaries is a spectrum -- sometimes you don't yet see the issue, sometimes you're processing through it, and sometimes you need some strategies to work through the tougher boundaries. This book provides support for everyone along that spectrum. I know I'll pick it up regularly and come back to the passages I highlighted for guidance.

Eventually, a lot of these strategies will become commonplace, but right now, I am TRULY grateful to Nedra Glover Tawwab for writing this book! It's surprising how few books exist on this topic, and how even fewer are written in a relatable and conversational way that also provides clear strategies. This book is everything I've wanted and more.
