Who Would Like This Book:
This book is perfect for fans of friends-to-lovers romances, especially if you enjoy a slow-burn with deep emotional history between the leads. Braxton and Kylie's story is full of sizzling chemistry, heartfelt moments, and that irresistible will-they-won't-they tension. Those who appreciate complicated friendships, strong found-family bonds, and a cast of characters with depth will enjoy diving into this one. If you love your romance with plenty of heat, angst, and swoon-worthy gestures, 'Always Have' is likely to be a hit.
Who May Not Like This Book:
Some readers found the characters, especially the leading ladies, a bit frustrating and struggled with the repeated miscommunications and drama - much of it could be solved if characters simply talked openly. The casual party-and-hookup lifestyle depicted might not appeal to those who prefer more mature or less angsty stories, and the interference from Braxton's twin, Selene, can be a big turnoff if you dislike prolonged misunderstandings. If you’re sensitive to lots of melodrama or prefer less emphasis on sexual escapades, this one might not be for you.

Has Romance?
Yes, the romance in Always Have is a central element, deeply explored through the characters' emotional struggles and connections.
From The Publisher:
Kylie's best friend Braxton is the hottest man she's ever known, with a rock hard body and a smile that melts the panties off every woman he meets. Except Kylie. Mostly.
Kylie is anxious to get off the dating carousel and find something real. Despite the way Braxton tends to suck the air from her lungs, she knows he's trouble. He's just another player, and she's tired of the game.
But Braxton isn't the man she thinks. The real reason he's sh*t with women is simple. None of the women he's with are the one he wants. None of them are Kylie.
He wants to love her in every way imaginable, but there's always something in the way. So he stays her friend, watching her date men who are too stupid to realize how special she is. Always worried the next one won't be. The next one will be the man who takes her from him forever.
Loving Kylie risks every fiber of their friendship, but losing her might be more than Braxton can take.
***Always Have is a full-length, stand alone novel with a guaranteed HEA. It's a bad boy romance with a big heart, lots of feels, and a sexy-as-hell, dirty talking hero. Due to explicit language and content, this is intended for a mature audience.***

This was alright. Your typical romance. I hate romances where the main couple are busy dating/sleeping with other people. And there's a lot of that in this book. I didn't like Selene - they should have just told her to get stuffed. And Braxton was dumb if he didn't consider what would change and how it would affect everyone BEFORE he started a relationship. It was all very dramatic. And I didn't really like Kylie or Braxton enough for me to care.
