Who Would Like This Book:

Buckle up for a thriller that reads like a high-octane action movie! "The Gray Man" is packed with relentless, globe-hopping chases, inventive hand-to-hand combat, and a protagonist as deadly as he is resourceful. If you love Jason Bourne, Jack Reacher, or Mitch Rapp, you’ll have a blast with Court Gentry’s wild ride. The breakneck pacing and over-the-top action set pieces will keep adrenaline junkies and spy novel fans turning pages late into the night.

Who May Not Like This Book:

Not everyone will vibe with this one - some readers find Court Gentry too much like a superhuman video game character, able to survive absolutely anything, which can strain believability. If you prefer your thrillers with a touch more realism, deeper character development, or subtlety, this might feel more like “Big Dumb Fun” than a nuanced espionage tale. The plot is pretty much non-stop action, with just enough connective tissue to get Gentry from one wild brawl to the next, so those looking for introspection or complexity may want to look elsewhere.

A wildly entertaining, action-packed spy thriller - perfect if you crave non-stop excitement and can suspend your disbelief. Enjoy the ride, but don’t expect too much depth.

The action was great, but there was a bit too much of "the MC couldn't catch a break...not even to rest"
