Who Would Like This Book:
If you love an ultra-slow-burn, cozy romance set against jaw-dropping Colorado scenery, "All Rhodes Lead Here" will make you swoon. It’s perfect for fans of grumpy/sunshine dynamics, single dad tropes, and stories of personal growth after heartbreak. Aurora’s journey of self-discovery, found family, and second chances is heartwarming, and the hike-filled, small town vibe is pure comfort-read gold. If you enjoy emotional healing, gentle romance, and slow and steady relationship-building, this one’s for you!
Who May Not Like This Book:
If you like your romance fast-paced and spicy, this book might test your patience! Some readers found the slow burn a little too slow, with lots of internal monologue from the heroine that could feel indulgent or draggy. Others didn’t love the unconventional nickname choices or were irked by the less-than-realistic outdoor and hiking details. The single POV and minimal drama might also make it feel sedate for those who crave explosive chemistry or plot twists.

Super slow burn, although kept my interest all the way to the end.
I forgot this was a romance for a large chunk of the book. I don't mean that negatively, but positively. Aurora was such a fun, lovable, compelling character that I could've spent a hundred pages more simply following her day-to-day life and interactions. Don't get me wrong—her relationship with Rhodes ended up being incredibly sweet and satisfying to follow, but what made this book so good was her character. I don't often find such happy-go-lucky characters in the books I read, and she was a breath of fresh air.
All Rhodes Lead Here is not a short book, coming in at around 550 pages, but the way Zapata wrote this story made reading those hundreds of pages fun and easy. I couldn't put it down, and whenever I had to do so, I couldn't wait to pick it back up. This book was well done and immensely enjoyable.
