Who Would Like This Book:

If you love your romance with sizzling chemistry, quick-witted banter, and a YAAS-queen level heroine, "Beautifully Cruel" is your jam! The dynamic between broody mafia boss Liam and smart-mouthed, ambitious waitress Tru keeps the pages turning (and sometimes steaming). Tru's not just another damsel - she's got big dreams, a sharp tongue, and isn't afraid to stand her ground. Fans of mafia romance, found family vibes, or just a fun, fast-paced, spicy read will feel right at home. Great for seasoned romance readers looking for a palate cleanser or anyone new to JT Geissinger.

Who May Not Like This Book:

Not everyone will vibe with the "insta-love" and whirlwind plot - some wished for more build-up or a darker, grittier mafia world. Readers looking for slow-burn romance, high-stakes angst, or super realistic scenarios might find the setup a bit over the top and the wrap-up too neat. If you're not a fan of alpha males being a little too high-handed or don't care for mafia elements, this might not be your cuppa.

A spicy, tropey, laugh-out-loud mafia romance with a heroine who’s anything but a pushover - perfect for readers craving fast chemistry, feisty banter, and an easy HEA. Not for everyone, but definitely worth a shot if you want your next read to be sexy, snarky, and fun!

From The Publisher:

Alpha (noun):

1) Having the highest rank in a dominance hierarchy

2) The most powerful man in a group

3) Dominic Black

He was a stranger to me, a dark and dangerous presence who materialized from the shadows one rainy night to save me from a vicious attack. I didn't know his name or where he was from. All I knew was that the only place I'd ever felt safe was in his arms.

But safety is an illusion.

And not every savior is a hero.

And-as I'd soon find out-having an alpha save your life comes with a price.

Dominic Black wanted something from me in return.

Cute story with lots of spice

Did I like this book? yes. would I read it again? yes. But there were parts of the book that made me question it. Like when Liam told his bodyguards to take Diego to the zoo to visit his relatives.

Didn't like that tone at all.

Another thing that turned me off about this book is that I've read books just like this where the guy is a big bad wolf and he falls in love with the girl and literally either fakes his death or goes to jail so he can drop his whole life and be with the girl. Gets boring after a while.

But overall a good book. Spice was excellent. Lol

I adored this story. The banter the chemistry, the romance, the intrigue the secret identity the plot twist KILLIAN and of course i loved my boy Liam and my girl Tru <3 The only reason i have t given it a higher mark is due to it being a little too short, and sometimes a bit rushed.

This is a first time author for me and won’t be the last this book was recommended to me by another author and I’m so glad I took it. This book has a some sweet a whole lot of spice and some things not so nice but Liam is amazing and who knew the Irish mafia could sound so sexy. I can’t wait to read his twin brothers book. I loved all the twists and turns from this story that made me go no freaking way! I highly recommend this series!
