Who Would Like This Book:
Ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes with a touring rock band? 'Backstage Pass' delivers a wildly entertaining (and super steamy) backstage ticket into that world. The chemistry between Brian - the sensitive, romantic guitarist - and Myrna, a confident (yet wounded) human sexuality professor, is electric, making for passionate romance and plenty of fun banter. If you like your romance scorching hot, loveable rockstar characters with bro camaraderie, and a heroine who’s as brainy as she is bold, this is your ticket. Perfect for fans of spicy romance, music-themed stories, and those who appreciate a side of emotional depth with their steam.
Who May Not Like This Book:
This book is not for those looking for a slow-burn romance or a subtle love story - there’s a LOT of explicit, kinky sex and some group scenarios, which can feel repetitive if you’re not into erotica. Readers who prefer deep plot over many steamy scenes, or who are uncomfortable with explicit language, may find themselves skimming. Some found Myrna’s hot-and-cold actions or Brian’s needy streak off-putting, and a few mentioned problematic language and band banter that may feel outdated or crass to modern sensibilities.

Not only was this book smoking hot, but the story was incredible too! I immediately followed this book up with the other books in the series and was not disappointed!!
This was a weird book to rate as it didn't have much plot going on in the story, mostly felt like filler to make the sex scenes more interesting. But boy was this a hot and smutty book. If a book could fog my glasses upp, this is definitely the one. But it was well written and had a decent story going through it to make up for all the smutt. Normally I'm little uncomfortable with to much steam, I'm more for the "mating dance" before the sexy time kind of girl. But once in a while its fun to read a book purely for the smutt
