Who Would Like This Book:
If you're into dark, gritty mafia romance with arranged marriage drama, high-stakes family loyalty, and loads of tension, you'll want to check this one out. "Bound by Honor" is perfect for fans who love morally gray heroes, angsty slow-burn relationships, and the push-pull chemistry between a naive heroine and an alpha anti-hero. If you appreciate raw, flawed characters, complex power dynamics, and don't mind delving into the less-glamorous side of mafia life, this book will definitely hook you.
Who May Not Like This Book:
Readers who dislike cheating as a plot device or need their romance leads to be faithful from page one might struggle with this one. Likewise, if you want a heroine who's super assertive from the start or can't stomach darker, sometimes problematic relationship dynamics, this may not be your cup of tea. The focus on the FMC's innocence/virginity and some old-school traditions could be off-putting for those looking for more modern, empowered narratives.

A modern mafia fairytale.
Born into one of the leading mob families in Chicago, Aria Scuderi is a mafia princess known for her beauty. What many consider a gift means her doom when she's forced to marry Luca Vitiello to bring peace between two mafia dynasties. Luca is the future Capo of the New York Famiglia, a man known for his brutality-and for crushing his cousin's throat with his bare hands.
Aria is terrified of marrying a monster like him. He may be one of the most sought-after bachelors in New York, thanks to his good looks, wealth and predator-like charisma. But Aria knows the bad boy aura isn't just a game; blood and death lurk beneath Luca's striking gray eyes and arrogant smile.
In her world a handsome exterior often hides the monster within; a monster who can just as easily kill as kiss you.
Yet, there's no escaping the arranged bond, much less a man like Luca. He'd follow her to the end of the world.
Her only chance to survive in a marriage with Luca is to gain his affection and work her way into his heart-even when rumor has it that Luca doesn't have a heart to begin with.

This was just not for me at all. The world is brutal against women. I have read a lot of messed up books, but idk, this one just made me feel ugh. Was all emotional the brutality so far anyway, no SA. I guess the mmc was also just an asshole. Cheating is just such a no go. Especially this kind.
No thanks.
kiedy ich relacja się tak rozwinęła, bo chyba nie zauważyłam + not enough grovelling (bo nie było go wcale)
So, I can't remember everything about the book yeah, but what stuck out to me was Luca's caring. Aria was scared out of her wits, and for good reason, but despite that, Luca continually did his best to assure her. He made mistakes, but both worked hard to make their marriage work.
P.S: Cora, seriously? Presenting of the bloody sheets? Gag!!
Great intense book Wow I am at a loss for words I wanted to hate Luca but just like aria I couldn’t help but love him. This book may contain triggers very graphic violence in the Italian mafia but I was so intrigued and finished this book in 3 days I did not want to put it down.
