Got this for review on booksirens.
I was intruiged by it being a dark regency romance and it was definitely on the darker side. For me when I start reading this level of data romance I see it as an horror as Well. Because the hero is definitely an asshole and brutal but ends in a HEA. Scary and I was in the edge of my seat but hard not to get invested in.
I've always liked period romances, so something warmer caught my attention. Dark period romance.
